Class access at Siege Fitness for 6 weeks from February 9TH.
Minimum weekly attendance standard
Session tracking and coach visibility
Simple lifestyle accountability (sleep, steps, recovery)
Training in a committed group environment

Consistent attendance
Respect for movement standards and coaching
Ownership of effort inside and outside the gym
