6:30am Fundamentals Class (for beginners)
This session is designed for anyone new to training, returning after time off, or wanting to learn how to move properly. We’ll cover the basics, slow things down, and focus on good technique so you feel confident and supported. No fitness prerequisite, no pressure — just a solid introduction to how we train at Siege.

6:30am Records Testing
Running alongside Fundamentals, this session is for those who already train and want to test numbers or benchmarks. This coincides with our gyms current testing week.

7:30AM Class
This is a normal Siege class — the best way to experience our training, coaching style, and community in action. Expect a coached warm-up, a clear training focus, and an atmosphere that’s supportive but challenging. If you want to know what training here actually feels like, this is it.

8:30AM Cold Brew and Chill
After training, stick around for coffee and a casual hangout. Chat with the coaches, meet members, ask questions, and get a feel for the culture without being rushed. This is a Saturday ritual for us.
Dedicated dj will be in keeping the vibes on point…
We’ve gone all in to have high vibes and a super fun time throughout the whole session.
