Our signature class “PERFORM” combines strength and cardiovascular training to create a well rounded performer.

Each “PERFORM” session includes a strength component like a squat, bench press or deadlift and also includes a Metcon (Metabolic Conditioning). This is a section of our workouts that combines functional movements and cardio to create a challenging and effective training protocol bred to produce results.

We top all this off with accessories like “core building” to bring you a comprehensive approach to helping you become the fittest, strongest, most jacked version of yourself.

After your minimum term, your membership continues at the same rate with no need to recommit to another fixed-term contract—provided your membership remains active and ongoing. If your membership is cancelled, current membership rates and terms at the time of rejoining may apply.
