    You commit to showing up. We track sessions and help keep you accountable to stick to your minimum.

    Simple check-ins around sleep, steps, nutrition habits, and recovery.

    Coaches know you’re in the block, watch patterns, and are ready to help keep you on track.

    Review attendance, progress, and habits so the next block is EVEN BETTER.

how it works, step by step:

  • 1. sign up.

    Follow the sign up links and join The Commitment Block, beginning February 9th.

  • 2. Meet your coach.

    You’ll be assigned a dedicated coach who will touch base with you before the challenge and throughout the make sure you have everything you need and also set your minimum weekly goals for yourself.

  • 3. Book your first class

    Upon signing up you’ll be guided to download our performance tracking and class booking app. Book your first class and get keen!

  • 4. Start Tracking your progress

    Our training app helps you to log and keep track of workout and lift results and along side this you can opt to keep track of your body metrics aswell.

  • 5. Weekly Touch Points.

    Your dedicated coach will in touch weekly to guide and assist with anything you need as well as keep track of your challenge goals.

  • 6. Finish the challenge stronger than ever.

    Finish strong! You now have a bigger community backing you, greater strength and fitness and an improved mindset. Review the block and then continue the journey if you choose!

  • The block runs from Feb 9th for 6 weeks.

  • Yes. The Committed Block adds structure, is offered at a cheaper price point than our regular membership and includes accountability in a coach guided container.

  • Life happens. Occasional misses are fine. The coach will keep track of attendance and reach out if theres patterns you may need a little support to change!

  • No. You just need to be coachable and willing to show up consistently.

  • IT CAN BE! We have an extra fee if you’d like properly personalised nutrition coaching along side for better results and habits progression.
